3TEETH Premiere “American Landfill” Music Video

3TEETH have premiered a new video for their song “American Landfill.” This track is from the band’s new album “Metawar,“ which will be released on July 5.

Alexis Mincolla commented:

“The director, Matthew Charles Santoro, has been my best friend since 4th grade, so it was really cool to finally be able to work on something together. We wanted to make an homage to the ‘90s action movies we grew up on but we also wanted to make an allegory that touched on today’s concepts of surveillance, cyberspace, and exploring the relationship between reality and simulation.

To me the landfill represents a giant sentient data dump who’s algorithmic understanding is just trapping you in the echo chamber of your very own inescapable memetic conception camp. It doesn’t matter if it’s cyberspace or reality, no one escapes the ‘American Landfill.’”

3TEETH Premiere “Away From Me” Music Video

3TEETH have premiered a new video for their new song “Away From Me,” via Loudwire. This song is from their new album “shutdown.exe” which will be released on May 19.

Alexis Mincolla commented:

“I believe we live in very regressive times despite our huge advances in technology and communication. We’re still territorially pissing like cavemen, and the tragedy of the commons has become an accepted way of life. The song is really about how strong willed minds can still stay autonomous and empowered even in the face of all this. I wanted the video to represent this from a human story rather than a political one as it’s becoming more and more apparent that geopolitics outweigh the human experience in terms of what is navigating our world.”

Alexis Mincolla commented:

“Sometimes I see these talking heads spewing their knee-jerk dogma all over the TV and all I can think is how fun it would be to just slip a hit of acid in their morning coffee.”
