This album is a collective expression and a lot of the fun is seeing how the hell it is going to turn out.”

  • Darkest Hour Premiere “Suffer Divine” Video

    Darkest Hour have shared an official video for the title track of their new album “Suffer Divine.” That effort will be released on October 30.

    Vocalist John Henry commented:

    “Our first single and title track of the new album ‘Suffer Divine’ is about justice and accountability. This one goes out to anyone who chooses to push and peddle hatred and division, to anyone who would break down others to feed their sadistic, insatiable ego.”

    Guitarist Mike Schleibaum added:

    “This album is so special to us. We’ve had the support of an amazing team at the label, the incredibly talented Mark Lewis, and each other as we have navigated the process that gave birth to ‘Suffer Divine.’ The result is one blistering album. It’s full of rage, thrash, and aggression but also feels musically dense. Sonically, this is an album born out of love for things like melodic death metal.

    Conceptually, the album touches on the idea that you can derive self-worth (and some value) from your own suffering. In fact, the creation of this album was the personification of that actual act. There is so much rage, anger, and pain put into this record, yet at the same time it holds in itself so much hope. It’s equal parts hope, rage, and empathy.”

    Europe have premiered a new video for their new song “Scandinavian Eyes.” This track is from the band’s new album, “Come This Madness,” which will be released on September 25.

    Frontman Joey Tempest commented:

    “This driving riff, orchestral magic, vocal and guitar melodies make this one of my favorite Europe songs in a long time. A lyric about crossing the line between good and ‘not so good’…. We’re very proud of this track and can’t wait to perform it live!”

    The band added:

  • The Warning To Play NFL Halftime Show At Vikings Vs. 49ers Game In Mexico

    The Warning will be playing the halftime show during the Minnesota Vikings vs. San Francisco 49ers game at Estadio Banorte in Mexico City, MX on November 22. The performance will broadcast live in Mexico on TelevisaUnivision’s Canal 5 and ESPN.

    The band commented:

    “We are beyond thrilled to be part of this NFL event in our home country and at such an iconic stadium. We love the NFL, and every time we work together, we cannot wait to do it again. Playing the halftime show during an international Sunday night game is an incredible privilege, and we cannot wait to show fans what Mexico and its people have to offer.   • North Sea Echoes (Fates Warning) Premiere “Good Enough” Music Video

    North Sea Echoes, the project featuring Fates Warning members Ray Alder and Jim Matheos, have premiered a new video for their song “Good Enough.” This track is from the band’s latest album “How To Cast A Shadow.” Alder commented:

    “‘Good Enough’ was one of the first songs written for ‘How To Cast A Shadow.’ It’s a simple yet beautiful song, and it quickly became one of my favorite songs that Jim and I had written together. While we never intended for it to be released as a single or video we decided that while we were together for a photo shoot we would also shoot a video for this. I think that we both agreed that this song was just too nice not to be shared with others.”
