Terror Universal Premiere “Spines” Music Video

Terror Universal have premiered a new video for their song “Spines.” This track is from the band’s 2018 album “Make Them Bleed.“

Vocalist Plague had the following to say about the clip, which was directed by Wacy Jahn:

“We are extremely proud at how the long-overdue video for ‘Spines’ turned out. Bringing to life a visual interpretation to one of our favorite tracks from the ‘Make Them Bleed’ record was something we’ve kicked around since its 2018 release. It’s always been a fan favorite and it’s that one tune that the entire crowd is screaming back at us. As soon as, you-know-what hit us, we found that we had a little extra time to actually do this. We’ll just call it a three-year anniversary present.”

Jahn added:

“We probably shouldn’t have been spraying blood and black slimy ooze at anybody on a 30-degree winter’s day in Colorado, but hey…that’s what we did, because this is what we do! With complete freedom to visually interpret what the song felt like to us, we decided to just slam out a micro horror film.

Think of it as ‘Romeo and Juliet’ meets ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre.’ Totally tailored for Terror Universal fans. The band loves old school horror films – obviously, the whole existence of the band is based on it. So as a treat to the true horror film fans out there, we shot traditionally on 16mm. We used the exact same negative film stock as what they used to shoot the original ‘Evil Dead.’ We were extremely stoked to say the least. In this digital age it’s definitely not as common to shoot music videos on film, and for that we think it’s cool.”

Terror Universal Premiere “Through The Mirrors” Music Video

Terror Universal (Ill Niño, ex-Machine Head, etc.) have premiered a new video for their song “Through The Mirrors.” This track is from their latest album “Make Them Bleed.“ Vocalist Plague directed the clip and had the following to say:

“As a director, I was given the freedom to give my visual interpretation of what the song meant to me personally. The inner self that tortures the outer self into being something different no matter the cost. Now mix a twist of insanity into the recipe and you get the ‘Through The Mirrors‘ official Terror Universal music video.”

Terror Universal Premiere “Dig You A Hole” Music Video

Terror Universal (Ill Niño, ex-Machine Head, etc.) have premiered a new video for their song “Dig You A Hole.” This track is from their new album “Make Them Bleed,“ which will be released on January 19.

Dave “Massacre” Chavarri (Ill Niño) told Billboard the following:

“It’s like a mini-thriller video. It’s about a psychologist or someone who’s manipulating his victims into doing the killing for him, about how he manipulates a person to do the dirty work — a serial killer type of vibe. And he gets (the victims) to dig their own hole. The whole thing is just really disturbed and pretty ugly and grotesque at times — which is exactly what we wanted. I really dig this first introduction to the band.”

Terror Universal Premiere New Song “Make Them Bleed”

Terror Universal (Ill Niño, ex-Machine Head, etc.) are streaming the title track of their new album “Make Them Bleed.“ That effort will be released on January 19.

Plague commented:

“We hope everyone enjoys the title track from our new album, ‘Make Them Bleed‘. We chose to release this track first because it really captures the totally dark, heavy vibe that makes up Terror Universal and the entire album.

It’s a great taste of what’s to come on the rest of the record, and we think you’ll really like this track and it’ll become part of your daily soundtrack. We’re stoked to roll out this record for everyone leading up to the release date – we’re really proud of it. Enjoy.”
