In the latest issue of Decibel, Broken Hope have revealed that their new album will be titled “Mutilated & Assimilated.” The effort is inspired bu John Carpenter‘s “The Thing,” and it will feature rhythm tracks that were recorded on the late Jeff Hanneman’s (Slayer) guitars.
Broken Hope have posted a new live video for their song “The Flesh Mechanic.” The footage is from the band’s Blu-ray/DVD, “Live Disease At Brutal Assault,” which was released on September 18. The disc features the band’s August 8, 2014 performance at the Brutal Assault Festival at Fortress Josefov, in the Czech Republic.

Ex-Broken Hope drummer, Ryan Stanek, has tragically passed away at the age of 42. No cause of death was reported. Guitarist, Chuck Wepfer and bassist, Shaun Glass have both left Broken Hope. Both exited due to their obligations to their new project, The Bloodline. Their replacements will be Matt Szlachta (Chimaira) and Diego Soria (Disgorge).
