On June 13, Sammy Hagar and Vic Johnson will be playing “I Can’t Drive 55” during the pre-race festivities for the 37th annual NASCAR All-Star Race. The performance will take place on a stage in Section PL 102 of the Texas Motor Speedway grandstands.
