It was previously reported that ex-Guns N’ Roses keyboardist Chris Pitman was suing Axl Rose, due to not getting paid for his work in the band. According to TMZ, he was asking for $163,000. However, the two apparently reached a settlement earlier this month, so the case was dismissed.
