Motörhead have revealed that their recent cancellations have been a result of Lemmy Kilmister suffering from a lung infection. The band went on to say they will return to the stage on September 8, in St. Louis, MO.
Motörhead have cancelled their two more Texas shows, including Dallas and Houston. These are the latest cancellations to occur, due to Lemmy Kilmister’s health issues. The band made the following Facebook post: Get well soon Lemmy!

Periphery will no longer be performing at Heavy Montreal or Dirt Fest. This cancellations were made due to scheduling conflicts.
Obscura will no longer be part of this year’s Summer Slaughter Tour. The band was forced to cancel their appearance, due to visa issues. Steffen Kummerer posted the following on the band’s Facebook. Obscura is the second band to exit the tour, following After The Burial, who are mourning the death of Justin Lowe.
