  • Conjurer Premiere “Let Us Live” Music Video

Conjurer have premiered a new video for their new song “Let Us Live.” This track is from the band’s new album “Unself,” which will be released on October 24. Guitarist/vocalist Dani Nightingale said the following about the single:

“[‘Let Us Live’ is based on] the idea that, even though trans and gender non-conforming people have existed for thousands of years, in all cultures, of all races, we are a blight upon the earth and don’t deserve the rights that every other human being should be allowed upon birth. We try to educate people about our situation, to make people aware of our existence in the hopes that we (and anyone unsure of their sex/gender) will be accepted and understood, yet are demonised as predators, corrupting and indoctrinating everyone around us.The song takes the form of a conversation between the Oppressed and Oppressor, just trying to understand what it is about us that causes this vitriol, when all we want to do is survive – a plea, to let us live.”

    “zero.point.genesis” Track Listing:

    01. “PARADOX“
    02. “zero.point.genesis“
    03. “living ded“
    04. “button eyes“
    05. “priestess“
    06. “OMENS“
    07. “The Trial“
    08. “hALf aLiVE“
    09. “AFTERLIFE” (feat. Magnolia Park)
    10. “INFRARED“
    11. “persephone“
    12. “sLeepwALKeR” (physical bonus track)

    Jyl Wylde commented:

“‘zero.point.genesis‘ is an album of collapse and resurrection, mythic, yet memeable in its rawness. For me, it’s about battling and ultimately healing the fake ego structures forged in trauma that kept me small, erasing my feminine gifts to fall in line. It’s crawling through the haunted shadow void society is too afraid to face, and emerging closer to my core essence through reclamation of those feminine gifts.”

    Jules Wylde added:

“This record is layered with multiple dimensions of interpretation; the more you listen, the further you traverse through them with us. We pushed into concepts that once felt untouchable to us, we set external input aside, and wrote them anyway. It’s an album of poetic contrasts, brutally heavy moments, with haunting instrumentation and flayed open lyrics. Woven throughout are nods to our personal interests, theatrical elements, classical composition, and moments of rage and playfulness.”

  • Sumo Cyco Premiere “Boring” Video

Sumo Cyco have premiered a new video for their new song “Boring.” This track is from the band’s new album “Neon Void,” which will be released on October 24. Vocalist Skye Sweetnam said the following about the single:

“This song is about the challenge to keep the adventure going in the face of routine and the predictable. Life can feel like a grind, but we always have the choice to be vibrant and push ourselves outside of our comfort zones.”

  • XCOMM Premiere “Reasons” Video

XCOMM, the teenage hardcore project featuring Revel Ian, the son of Anthrax’s Scott Ian, have premiered a new video for their new song “Reasons.” You can check that out below:

    The group commented:

“We’re not interested in recreating what used to be. ‘Reasons‘ is hardcore punk for people who viscerally live and breathe it, not just people who remember it. The song captures that feeling when everything feels like it’s collapsing but you’re still moving forward anyway. It’s the weight of expectations crushing you while you’re trying to break supersonic.”

    Producer Ross Robinson added:

“XCOMM is the wild zone. It’s bad-ass Venice Beach kids ripping with absolute fury. I felt so alive recording this one—kids screaming, flying around the studio, laying down raw performances making their world come alive.”

  • Vintersea Premiere “Become The Wave” Music Video

Vintersea have premiered a new video for their new song “Become The Wave.” You can check that out below:

    Guitarist Riley Nix commented:

“If ‘Celestial Abscission‘ was our big bang out of the gate to show the world what Vintersea can do with our new vocalist [Kayla Dixon], ‘Become The Wave‘ is a statement about where Vintersea is headed and what we want our music to represent. In some ways it is a return to form – melodic, brutal, groovy, and inspiring – but it is also different from anything you have heard from us before. Kayla brought huge energy, heartfelt performances, and some really unique tones that drove the song in a fresh direction from the outset.”

    Bassist Karl Whinnery added:

“I am super excited for people to scope out the video for ‘Become The Wave.’ We built a unique set in my garage, explored epic locations at the Oregon Coast, and tried a few things we have never done before. This is classic Vintersea, but with some new moves. Kayla crushed the vocal performance, and used techniques I’ve never heard before. We’ve played this song live on our last couple of tours, and it kills every show. I can’t wait for you all to hear what we can do.”

  • Employed To Serve Premiere “Treachery” Music Video

Employed To Serve have premiered a new video for their song “Treachery.” This track is from their latest album “Fallen Star.” Frontwoman Justine Jones commented:

“As soon as we wrote this song, we always knew it was going to be the opener. Just straight out of the gate riffs, and Sammy was also able to do his Tom Araya impersonation. This track is about people in your life letting themselves down, and by proxy letting those close to them down as well. For the video, we wanted to go for a more stripped-back performance video to portray the raw energy of the song.”

    Scott Avett commented:

“This is what art is. This is what making is supposed to be: in secret and with no ambition. Mike’s part of our DNA, like the fabric of our youth. Literally, we studied him. He’s a dear friend now, but when we were younger, I was imitating him.”

    Patton added:

“My peculiar challenge in this was to become a long distant cousin. A brother that was orphaned. Maybe they kept him in the chicken coop or some shit. They brought him out years and years later.”

  • Drain Premiere “Scared Of Everything And Nothing” Video

Drain have premiered a new video for their new song “Scared Of Everything And Nothing.” You can check that out below. The track is from the band’s new album, “…Is Your Friend,” which will be released on November 7.

    Vocalist Sammy Ciaramitaro commented:

“’Scared Of Everything And Nothing’ in short is a song about my experience as a human trying my best to reflect as I navigate through this world and this life. It’s a song where most of the words literally walked from my brain right out my mouth. I was taking a step back and thinking about the fact that I have everything and have done everything that I wanted a decade ago. I had big dreams and without even realizing it, I had managed to turn them all to reality. Make something of myself and do it my own way, get married, lead a life of healthy choices…etc. This song is a reminder to enjoy the present and to just focus on the now. It’s a reminder that no matter what people see on the outside, there’s always a fight on the inside. While that could sound bad – I think that any life worth living is going to be full of hurdles – it’s up to us to fight and push through adversity and make our realities what we want of them. As much as I’m running away from old problems, I am also running into new hurdles, and ya know what…I’m stoked to break them down too and keep on charging to the next one.”
