It highlights the people who make all of this possible – our friends, our families, and our fans – and our gratitude for still being able to create and perform for them. That’s how we ‘feed the flowers,’ as the song says.”

  • Watch Lamb Of God, Fear Factory, Clutch, Crowbar, Etc. Members Play Ozzy Osbourne Tribute Set During Headbangers Boat Cruise

During the recent Headbangers Boat cruise, members of Lamb Of God, Fear Factory, Crowbar, Obituary, Category 7, DevilDriver, Nekrogoblikon and more took part in a special Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath) tribute set. You can see some fan-filmed footage from that performance below:

  • Sum 41 Frontman Deryck Whibley To Launch “Walking Disaster” Clothing Brand At Orlando Warped Tour

Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley has announced a new clothing brand called “Walking Disaster.” The line will launch during the upcoming Vans Warped Tour event in Orlando, FL. Further information was shared in a press release:

“Walking Disaster will be unveiled at Warped Tour Orlando on November 15th and 16th. Designed entirely by Whibley himself, Walking Disaster is more than a clothing brand – it’s a movement, encouraging people to own their chaos with a DIY, punk spirit. The entire collection will be available at the Walking Disaster tent staffed by Whibley both days of the festival, as well as online.”

  • Backengrillen (Refused, Etc.) Premiere New Song “A Hate Inferior”

Backengrillen (Refused, etc.) have premiered a new song titled “A Hate Inferior.” That track is from the band’s self-titled debut album, which will be released on January 23. The following was said about this anti-fascist “death jazz” project:

“Backengrillens music is a paean to chaos and destruction. The basic idea is to take a death/doom metal, or noiserock riff and play it until it loses meaning and then break it apart like a ravenous cat would a tiny forest mouse. It’s filled to the brim with the self-hatred endemic to the province of Västerbotten from whence the member’s hail. The record was written on a Thursday during their first ever rehearsal, performed live on a Friday and recorded on a Saturday, so what you’re hearing is raw, stupid, gut instinct music played by seasoned purveyors of hardcore punk, metal, free jazz, noise et cetera. Record no 2 is in the making, less stupid, more ugly. Stay tuned and fuck the pigs.”

  • Yungblud And Sharon Osbourne Comment On His Cover Of Black Sabbath’s “Changes” Getting Nominated For A Grammy

Yungblud and Sharon Osbourne have commented on his live cover of Black Sabbath’s “Changes” getting nominated for a Grammy. The singer famously performed that track during Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne’s massive “Back To The Beginning” farewell concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. Yungblud said the following:

“They’ve nominated “CHANGES at Villa Park” for best rock performance at the Grammys, “IDOLS” for best rock album and “ZOMBIE” for best rock song. Thank you to you and your family for giving me the opportunity you did and your stage to show the world what I could do. Thank you for teaching us all how to dream and never compromise. From one madman from England to another I love you OZ and I hope one day I can show you how much.”

    Sharon added:

“I’m so proud of you. It’s just amazing and I know Ozzy is smiling down at you. Love you always, Sharon”

  • Spineshank Vocalist Jonny Santos Makes It To The Band’s UK Tour Following Passport Issues

Spineshank vocalist Jonny Santos has officially made it to the band’s UK tour after previously dealing with passport issues. The frontman drove straight from the airport to The LCR for the group’s November 8 show in Norwich, UK. This news comes after James Mills (Hostage) was initially recruited as a fill-in. Spineshank commented:

“Everyone show some major love to @jayhostileuk this guy came through and literally saved our tour while Jonny was making his way over. He had less than two days to learn an entire album, and still managed to exceed every single expectation. Every night he absolutely crushed it on stage. An incredible performer, and an even better human being. You’re forever part of this family now. We love you James“
