Varials have premiered a new video for their new song “The Hurt Chamber.” You can check that out below. The track is from the band’s new album, “Where The Light Leaves,” which will be released on February 27. Vocalist Skyler Conder commented:

“‘The Hurt Chamber‘ is a song strictly about being addicted to a high that is inevitably difficult to break. Whether that be love, drugs, or a certain type of situation, you become blind to what’s happening, all of the bad disappears because it always feels amazing. But it’s doing nothing but harming you throughout every time you become close to it. The ache becomes a salvation of sorts. You enter the hurt chamber and you never want to leave.”

  • From Ashes To New Premiere “Villain” Music Video

From Ashes To New have premiered a new video for their new song “Villain.” You can check that out below. The track is from the band’s new album, “Reflections,” which will be released on April 17.

Vocalist Matt Brandyberry commented on the song:

“‘Villain’ is a story about the magnetic pull between two people who know better, but dive in anyway. It’s the moment when desire outweighs consequences, when you choose the chaos you swear you shouldn’t want, and the ‘bad guy’ becomes the one voice you can’t quiet. The song leans into that dark, intoxicating tension where temptation feels like truth, danger feels like comfort, and the line between thrill and destruction disappears. It’s not about saving each other…it’s about surrendering to the part of yourself you pretend doesn’t exist.”

He also added the following about the album:

“I wanted to take what we are good at and push it even further. That was the process for this whole record. I think it’s better to let people know we’re right there with them and feel the same way. Just because we have a cool job doesn’t mean that life isn’t hard.”

  • NOFX Release “Minnesota Nazis”

NOFX have shared a new version of “Huntington Beach Nazis” titled “Minnesota Nazis.” The updated take on the track serves as a protest against ICE. NOFX’s Fat Mike said the following about the single:

“I wrote a song called ‘Huntington Beach Nazis’ in 2022 when I spent 6 sober weeks there. There’s actually an intersection of Rhein and Heil streets. Kinda weird…. anyway, after all the recent heartbreaks in Minnesota, I decided to change some lyrics in the song and release it digitally. I even changed the title of the song to ‘Minnesota Nazis.’ I reckon it’s appropriate. This song isn’t gonna stop the absolute madness…. but you do what you can to make this world a better place. Let’s look out for each other the best we can. Love > Hate….. even though it doesn’t seem like it right now….”

  • Of Virtue Premiere “Death Of The Altar” Music Video

Of Virtue have premiered a new video for their new song “Death Of The Altar.” You can watch that below:

    Guitarist/vocalist Damon Tate commented:

“It’s felt like forever since we have put out new music and we are so excited to show everybody what we have been crafting over the past couple of years!

We trade our health, clarity, and connection for things that never truly love us back on a daily basis. More often than not, we don’t recognize the consequences of our choices/actions until it’s too late. The guilt sets in and we set out to self soothe, compounding these negative emotions with even worse decisions, losing more of ourselves in the process.

This song is our open admission that we as human beings are both worshipper and offering. ‘Death Of The Altar’ is a stark metaphor for how chasing these ephemeral moments exploits our need for meaning, belonging and connection in this world.”

  • The Saddest Landscape Premiere New Song “From Home They Run”

The Saddest Landscape have premiered a new song titled “From Home They Run.” This track is from the band’s new album, “Alone With Heaven,” which will be released on April 24.

    Vocalist Andy Maddox commented:

“There are three aspects that come to mind immediately when I think of this song. The first is how stoked I was when I heard Daniel’s guitar part for the middle section, it was pure melody, pure tension, and I was so thankful it was on our record. The second is I now had to add lyrics to it that succinctly expressed the essence of the part. Those of us who live with constant anxiety/depression know those almost divine moments when these issues stop for a moment and one can feel relief even though they will come again. This is that part. The third is the end section, where the bass hits come crashing in, surrounded by driving octave chords that ebb/flow like an emotional wave breaking. I could ride that part until dawn.”
