Aborted Premiere “Infinite Terror” Music Video

Aborted have released a new song titled “Infinite Terror.” You can find an official video for the “Event Horizon”-inspired track below. The band said the following about the clip:

“Watch as we shred an abandoned asylum, while a young woman’s sanity is shredded by a haunting presence, blurring—nay, obliterating—the lines between the real and surreal. Turn up your speakers, turn on a light, and submit yourself to the INFINITE TERROR.”

Aborted Sign With Nuclear Blast Records

Aborted have signed a new deal with Nuclear Blast Records. With this news, the band have also revealed that they will be releasing a new song, titled “Infinite Terror,” on October 19.

Vocalist Sven de Caluwé commented:

“We couldn’t be more excited to announce our signing to Nuclear Blast — one of the premier labels for extreme music with tons of label mates we love. We are very excited to see where this mad caravan leads to next! After a very long and solid partnership with Century Media, it was time for us to try something new.

To celebrate our signing with Nuclear Blast and the upcoming monster of a tour with our friends Lorna Shore, Ingested and more, we decided to unleash a new single. ‘Infinite Terror‘ will obliterate all your senses on October 19. The song is inspired by ‘Event Horizon’ and marks the debut of new guitarist Dan Konradsson (Ophidian I, Une Misère). Expect something dark, imposing, and HEAVY as fuck!”

Aborted, The Acacia Strain, Benighted, Etc. Cancel European/UK Tour

Aborted have officially cancelled their “Hell Over Europe 4 Tour” with The Acacia Strain, Benighted, Hideous Divinity, and Fleddy Melculy. The band commented:

“Unfortunately, as we are all aware, with the rising cases of covid and the constantly shifting restrictions in all the different EU countries, we were forced to cancel our Hell Over Europe 4 tour with our good friends in Benighted, The Acacia Strain, Hideous Divinity, and Fleddy Melculy. We are devastated by this news and apologize for the inconvenience to the fans, hopefully, we can return to actually perform Maniacult in front of you all one day. Stay healthy and keep the metal flowing my friends. Support the bands and let’s get through this shit together. Sincerely, Sven, Ken, Ian, Stefano“

Aborted Premiere New Song “ManiaCult” Featuring Fit For An Autopsy’s Joe Badolato

Aborted have released a new single titled “ManiaCult.” The song, which features Fit For An Autopsy’s Joe Badolato, serves as the title track of the band’s new album, which will be available on September 10. Aborted commented:

“Like lambs to the slaughter, Wayland takes you to your next trip after you spent the night in hell. Ghouls and Ghoulettes, we are very proud to present to you the title track of our new album Maniacult, errr… ‘MANIACULT’!!! This song features a very special guest, our good friend and one and only Joebad from Fit for an Autopsy making sure you shake dat ass during its heavier parts. We hope you enjoy becoming part of the ManiaCult, as we have quite a few surprises left to come! We have such sights to show you.”

Aborted Premiere New Song “Drag Me To Hell” Featuring Filip Danielsson (Humanity’s Last Breath)

“Alright alright! It’s good old Jack Burton here, and he’s got one thing to say: ‘get ready for the boom stick!’ We have such sights to show you—or rather sounds to play you—with the next single from ‘ManiaCult‘, ‘Drag Me to Hell‘. Trust me, you’re going to want to click that button and spread it before Wayland comes for YOU. We also welcome Filip Danielsson of Humanity’s Last Breath to the ‘ManiaCult‘ via a killer guest spot. Considering Wayland’s goal is the end of humanity, we’d say Filip’s support is a great harbinger…”

Aborted Offer Look At Their Limited Edition “ManiaCult” Action Figure

Aborted have shared a photo of a limited edition action figure that will be included with select pre-order bundles for their new album “ManiaCult“ (out September 10). The band said the following about that:

“Meet your ManiaCult leader. Wayland Thurston may have control over you (and demand human sacrifices), but you can take back a bit of power by holding a small version of him in your hands. Hell, you could crush him in action figure form, but we wouldn’t recommend it because these are LIMITED. Only 100 of the “dark” version will be for sale online, and the normal one isn’t getting mass-produced, either. Who’s grabbing one when pre-orders go live? Join our mailing list to get updates on when it goes on sale, so you don’t miss out!”
