Ingested Premiere “Ashes Lie Still” Music Video

Ingested have premiered a new video for their new song “Ashes Lie Still.“ Sean Hynes commented:

“‘Ashes Lie Still‘ was written in my darkest times, my father suddenly passed away while I was on tour and the very next day Covid halted our career for over two years. You can hear my pain and frustration musically as well as lyrically; it’s a dark, brooding piece and Julia compliments the feel of the track perfectly. It’s an incredibly personal song to me and I’m proud it’s the first single from our Metal Blade debut.”

Ingested Premiere “Rebirth” Music Video

Ingested have premiered a new video for their new song “Rebirth.” This track will appear on the band’s upcoming album, which is expected to be released this fall via Metal Blade Records. Frontman Jason Evans commented:

“‘Rebirth’ has arrived at quite an important time for INGESTED. We’ve shed our skin and transformed into our next phase. We decided on a live video for the single as we’ve missed the bubbling intensity of playing live so much over the past year or so, we really wanted capture the destructive nature of an INGESTED show. Unchained, unleashed and unburdened, we’re ready to show the world what INGESTED is truly capable of, and to all our fans, thank you for sticking with us through the years, the best is yet to come!“

Ingested Part Ways With Unique Leader Records

Ingested have parted ways with Unique Leader Records. The band said that the label are “100% supportive of [their] decision.”

The group issued the following statement:

“The 5 years spent with Unique Leader Records have been amazing for Ingested, and the path we’ve made together is cemented with our most successful releases and period to date.

It hasn’t been an easy ride since 2016, the passing away of the legendary Erik Lindmark was a very difficult period for the label and our longtime friend Jamie Graham has worked tirelessly to secure the future of the label and develop Unique Leader as a major player of the modern extreme metal scene.

You hear all sorts of stories of bands leaving labels and speculation ensues…but to make it clear, Unique Leader Records are not only understanding, but also 100% supportive of our decision to take the next steps in our career as a band.

We are eternally grateful to Erik, Jamie and the entire Unique Leader family for their contribution to the band and are proud to say that we share a history together. We truly wish you the best of luck for the future and it is with a heavy heart that it’s now time for us to say goodbye.”

Unique Leader Records added:

“The Slam Kings have posted some news from their page about the next chapter moving forward. No band has ever done this for us so we really appreciate it ❤️

4 full length albums and 2 EPs later, we wish Ingested all the best in the next step of their careers! We love you guys!!! You deserve all the success and will always be Unique Leader family!”

Ingested Share Studio Video For Re-Recorded Version Of “This Disgusting Revelation”

Ingested have shared a studio video for a re-recorded version of their song “This Disgusting Revelation.” The updated take on the track is from the re-recorded version of the group’s 2011 album “The Surreption.“ That effort, which is titled “The Surreption II,“ will be available on July 30.

Ingested To Release Re-Recorded Version Of “The Surreption” In July, Premiere “Manifesting Obscenity” Video

Ingested will be releasing a re-recorded version of their 2011 album “The Surreption” on July 30. You can find a video for the re-recorded version of “Manifesting Obscenity” from the effort below:

Vocalist Jason Evans commented:

“As some of you may know, the 10th anniversary of our second album ‘The Surreption‘ is fast approaching, and what better way to celebrate than to unleash this beast upon the world once more? That’s right, we have been holed up in the Ingested lockdown bunker hard at work to bring to you our second album the way we always wanted it to be.

This isn’t a remix, or a remaster, this is a complete re-recording, a reimagining of an important, but often forgotten step in the path of Ingested. We never got to do a music video for the original release of ‘The Surreption‘ and we think that’s a shame, so feast your eyes and ears on our video for ‘Manifesting Obscenity‘, and fire up the pre-orders for ‘The Surreption II‘, because this bad motherfucker is available July 30th on Unique Leader Records.”
