The Plot In You have premiered a new video for their new song “You Get One.” The track will appear on their upcoming album “The Volume Series.” That effort will be released on July 10 and it will feature a compilation of tracks from the band’s latest EPs. Vocalist Landon Tewers commented:
“A meditation on current society. Up is down, down is up. Nothing is what it seems we often forget what it means to be human.”

Erik Grönwall (ex-Skid Row, etc.) has premiered a new video for his new song “Born To Break.” This track is from his new album, “Bad Bones,” which will be released on May 22. Grönwall commented:
“‘Born to Break’ is a song I want people to interpret in their own way. I like when lyrics can hold multiple truths. I know what it means to me, but I’d rather leave space for the listener to find their own meaning in it.”
Dogma have premiered a new video for their new song “Fate Unblinds.” The track is the band’s first release since three former members accused their management of “manipulation,” “mistreatment,” etc. and launched their own project VindictA. Dogma said the following about the single:
“Some betrayals don’t arrive with noise. They arrive quietly… in the moment you trust the most. A new life is born. A secret is hidden. And something begins to feel… wrong. This is not just a new Gospel. This is the moment everything changes.”
Breaking In A Sequence have premiered a new video for their new song “Meant To Be.” You can check that out below. The band are also scheduled to take the stage tonight (April 3) at the House Of Blues in Anaheim, CA. Notably, that show is expected to feature guest appearances from Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu (Korn) and Wes Geer (ex-(hed)p.e.). BLVD Of Eyes, Fraxures, and Knowing Forever will open.
As previously reported, James Lollar, aka Gost, recently died at the age of 46. Now, a GoFundMe has been launched to assist with his final expenses.
The following statement was issued:
“We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of our loved one, James Cody Lollar. He was a father, a friend, a talented musician, and a one-of-a-kind human being. He was cherished by so many, which has been very evident in the outpouring of love and support from loved ones, friends, and supporters of his music across the globe.
Many have asked how they can support his family or show their condolences during this devastating time. In lieu of flowers, if you feel moved and are able, you are welcome to support by donating to help cover his final expenses and ease the financial burden on his family during this difficult time.

Shooting Daggers have premiered a new video for their new song “GLOW.” The track, which features Refused vocalist Dennis Lyxzén, will appear on the band’s new mini-album, “The Real Life Thing,” which will be released on June 5. The video was inspired by the Netflix series “GLOW.”
Shooting Daggers commented:
“This track is about denouncing gender roles and respecting gender identity. Self-liberation, embracing femininity and fighting internal misogyny. Feminine isn’t weak, and masculine doesn’t have to be stereotypically strong.
It doesn’t matter if you want to express strength in a more masculine or feminine way, anything is valid as long as you feel powerful from within. When we wrote this song we knew who we wanted to have a feature on it and we were just back from opening two shows for punk legends Refused and all of us were mesmerised by Dennis Lyxzén‘s stage presence.
Refused has been a band that never wanted to fit in in a specific sound, they are pioneers of experimental punk while still being rooted in hardcore. They believe in what we believe in, antifascism, veganism, social justice and Dennis on stage is anything but a generic hardcore singer. He jumps, he twirls, he dances, he dresses fancy and we knew from minute one he was the one. Of course, we had no certainty he would’ve said yes but we had to try. He accepted straight away and has been super supportive and collaborative of the coming of ‘GLOW.’ We couldn’t be more grateful.”
Lyxzén added:
“We brought Shooting Daggers with us for a couple of shows last year on the final Refused tour. They were great of course. Radical and fun and they just seemed like great people. When they asked me if I wanted to sing on a track for their new album I did not hesitate for one second. It was a complete honor to be a part of this album and I am very much looking forward to seeing what Shooting Daggers does next.”
Cemetery Skyline (Dark Tranquillity, Insomnium, etc.) have shared ghostbells’ remix of “Torn Away.” That track is from the deluxe edition of “Nordic Gothic,” which will be released on May 1. According to singer Mikael Stanne, the single “is a song about wilful disconnection from everything and everyone and its eventual ramifications.” Bassist Victor Brandt added:
“There’s a pulse in this remix that feels made for dark places and loud nights. We hope you like it and we are looking forward to seeing you in dark, loud venues on Cemetery Skyline’s tour this May.”
Colin Young (Twitching Tongues) has shared a new tribute for his late HardLore podcast co-host Bo Lueders (Harm’s Way). He says he intends to “love, mourn, and celebrate [Lueders] forever.”
Young said the following:
“Bo,
I am writing this in hopes that it reaches you in some way cosmically. I will love, mourn, and celebrate you forever.
This beautiful thing we built together was the greatest honor of my life, and my only solace is knowing that we documented a lifetime of memories, at first to share with the world, but now to look back on and preserve your warm, kind soul forever.
