The Agony Scene Premiere “The Ascent And Decline” Video

The Agony Scene have premiered a new video for their song “The Ascent And Decline.” This track is from the band’s latest album “Tormentor.“ The group commented:

“‘The Ascent And Decline‘ lyrically, is about watching as people abandon a belief system that they built their lives and careers upon in order to catch a ride on the next train, diving headfirst into a cult of personality. [It’s] effectively selling one’s voice to be on the winning team.”

The Agony Scene Premiere New Song “Serpent’s Tongue” Feat. Emil Werstler (Ex-Chimaira, Etc.)

The Agony Scene have premiered a new song titled “Serpent’s Tongue.” This track features Emil Werstler (ex-Chimaira, etc.) and it will appear on the band’s new album “Tormentor“ (out July 20). The group commented:

“‘Serpent’s Tongue‘ was the first song we wrote after getting back together in 2014. Lyrically, the song is about individuals who give no fucks about deceiving or trampling on others for personal gain. The track also features a guitar solo performed by the one and only Emil Werstler.”
