Liv Sin Premieres “Antihero” Music Video

Liv “Sin” Jagrell (Sister Sin) has premiered a new video for her new song “Antihero.” She said the following about that:

“The song “Antihero” came to me after yet another mass shooting. It is an imagery scenery of brutality and chaos, and the immense fear you go through when searching for a way out of that hell. I wonder what drives a person to do something like that, how someone can have so much anger and hate inside, but also I get surprised every time that nothing change, nothing happens. I’m a pacifist and I can’t really get my head around how the right to have a gun seems more important than human lives”.

Liv Sin Premieres New Song “King Of Fools”

Liv “Sin” Jagrell (Sister Sin) has premiered a new song titled “King Of Fools.” She said the following about that:

“This song is the first song we wrote for the new album, back in 2020 when we all realized that it would take a bit before the live scene would return. I had some idea of releasing a single here and there, but it didn’t planned out that way in the end, we decided to write a whole record instead”.

Liv Sin Premieres “The Process” Music Video

Liv “Sin” Jagrell (Sister Sin) has premiered a new video for her new song “The Process.” This track is expected to appear on her upcoming album.

Jagrell commented:

”The main riff in this song got me from the very beginning with it’s really cool groove, but the verse has a bit of a softer and slower side to it. So I thought, let’s not do whatever comes into the mind at first, which might have been a soft and nice vocal part, but instead I tried out a growling sort of vocals and that just gave another feel to the whole song, a darker and anguished feeling.”

She also added:

“I started out a more yogic life path a couple of years ago. Through that, I have really learned that if we want to grow, we have to go through what hurts us the most. You have to work with the pain, instead of against it if you want to move on. It doesn’t matter what sort of pain or path you are on, it is a constant process just to live. And to really know that all of this is a part of this process we call life sometimes actually makes it a tiny bit easier.”

The following was said about the song:

“‘Blood Moon Fever’ is a catchy and heavy melody driven song that will make you wanna both headbang and dance! The single represents a new beginning, about leaving old stuff behind you and go out in the world as a reborn creature. We thought that the concept suited well with a new album on its way, which might sound a bit different from the first one. Some of our sinners out there might be surprised by the sound of this one where our producer Emil Nödtveidts influence really shines through. Prepare to get this tune spinning in your head for a long time to come!”

Liv Sin Premieres New Song “Slave To The Machine”

Liv “Sin” Jagrell (Sister Sin) has premiered a new song titled “Slave To The Machine.” This track is from her new album “Burning Sermons,” which will be released on September 6.

Jagrell commented:

“In today’s world it feels like you are more and more controlled by other people and material things, rather than being able to have full power over your own life choices. That’s what ‘Slave To The Machine’ is about.

Historically conflicts used to often be about the people versus ‘men of power’ and society, but today it’s also about the worshipping of smartphones, social media and others approval. What does that do to our lives and minds? In the end it might just be another way to control us. This is definitely a concern for me, and I wonder where we are heading when everyone becomes a ‘Slave To The Machine’.”

Liv Sin (Sister Sin) Premieres “The Fall” Video

Liv “Sin” Jagrell (Sister Sin) has premiered a new video for her track “The Fall.” The clip was filmed in Stockholm and at the 2017 Skogsröjet festival in Rejmyre, Sweden. The song appears on her album “Follow Me”

Jagrell commented:

“For this video, we wanted to capture the energy of our live shows. It is one of our more faster and aggressive songs, so it made sense in that purpose to represent our concerts.

Liv Sin is a heavy metal band and we want our shows to reflect that just as much as our music does. It should be an intense experience full of headbanging, pumping fists in the sky and screaming along in the lyrics. We hope that this video of the ‘The Fall’ will give you a taste of what that is like at a Liv Sin concert.”
