Generation Kill Share Music Video For “Evil Eye” Featuring Chris Poland (Ex-Megadeth)

Generation Kill, the band featuring ex-Exodus vocalist Rob Dukes, have premiered a new video for their song “Evil Eye.” The track, which features ex-Megadeth guitarist Chris Poland, appears on the band’s latest album “MKUltra.”

Dukes commented:

“In ’85, I dropped the needle onto an album called ‘Killing is my Business… and Business is Good‘ and heard a guitar tone I’d never heard before. Ever since, Chris Poland has been one of my favorite guitarists of all time. To collaborate with him on this song is one of the greatest honors in my musical career. The solos he did on this song are mind-blowing. The unique style and tone is so unmistakably Chris.

The song itself was inspired by a short story from Edgar Allan Poe The Tell-Tale Heart written in the 1800’s. Our drummer Rob Youells connected us with the filmmaker Wacy Jahn, who he had worked with on a previous project, and Wacy used our vision to create nothing short of a horror masterpiece. We couldn’t be prouder of this one.”

Generation Kill Share Lyric Video For “Dogs Of War” Featuring Bloodclot’s John Joseph

Generation Kill, the band featuring ex-Exodus vocalist Rob Dukes, have shared a lyric video for their song “Dogs Of War.” The track, which features Bloodclot’s John Joseph, appears on the band’s latest album “MKUltra.”

Dukes commented:

“‘Dogs Of War’ was so much fun to write and create with the boys. I said, ‘I want a song that John Joseph will sing on,’ so that’s what Jay Velez and the boys delivered. Then I wrote the lyrics, recorded it and then called John to ask if he will sing on the song. I sent him the track and then 10 minutes later, he called to say that he loved it, so we got him in the studio and he killed it. John has such a distinct voice and style that it just killed on this track. It’s such an honor to have one of the entire band’s hero on our album.”

Joseph added:

“Generation Kill’s new record, ‘MKultra’, is fucking brutal on so many levels — hard riffs and lyrics that mean something. The pit is going to get extremely violent over this one.”

Generation Kill Premiere “Into The Black” Video

Generation Kill, the band featuring ex-Exodus vocalist Rob Dukes, have premiered a new video for their new song “Into The Black.” This track will appear on the band’s upcoming album “MK-Ultra.” Dukes commented:

“The story ‘Eight O’Clock In The Morning‘ by Ray Nelson inspired the lyrics, and I watched a doc on ‘They Live‘ which took me down the rabbit hole of short stories and books so I took the idea and ran with it. The G Kill boys gave me a barn burner with a really cool ending to work with. Shooting the video was good fun, we had a blast hanging together and doing this. Hunter Chapman did a killer job and the bugs and heat didn’t deter us from having a blast.”

Generation Kill Premiere Animated Video For New Song “Rat King”

Generation Kill, the band featuring ex-Exodus vocalist Rob Dukes, have premiered an animated video for their new song “Rat King.” This track is from the band’s new album “MK-Ultra,” which will be released on September 27. Dukes commented:

“I watched the documentary ‘Rats’ by filmmaker Morgan Spurlock, and it impacted me so much that I was immediately inspired to write a song about rats, maggots, and roaches taking over the planet Earth. Shortly after finishing the lyrics, our guitarist Jay Velez just so happened to send me the music he had been working on and it ended up matching perfectly with the lyrics. Feedback on the song so far has been overwhelmingly positive and I think our fans are gonna really dig it.”

Generation Kill Premiere Video For New Song “Never Relent” Featuring Exodus’ Gary Holt

Generation Kill, the band featuring ex-Exodus vocalist Rob Dukes, have premiered a new video for their new song “Never Relent.” This track features Exodus guitarist Gary Holt and it will appear on the band’s new album “MK-Ultra.”

Dukes commented:

“I’m really proud of ‘Never Relent‘. I was inspired to write the lyrics after reading about certain tyrannical leaders in history like Vlad the Impaler and Genghis Khan. It turned out to be one of the most brutal tracks on the album, which is why it made sense to have Gary play on it with us.”

Holt added:

“I’m super fired up to have been able to contribute a solo to the new Generation Kill song ‘Never Relent‘! The song is ripping on its own, to be able to contribute a solo to it was super kick ass! Crushing song! Check it out ASAP!”
