Cabal Premiere “Exsanguination” Music Video

Cabal have premiered a new video for their new song “Exsanguination.” This track is from the band’s new album “Magno Ineritus,” which will be released on October 21. The group said the following about that effort:

“The album ‘Magno Interitus‘ – which translates to the great decay, was written during the pandemic when we felt like everything was falling apart right in front of us, both in grand scheme of things but also on a much more personal level. So most of the songs serve as an outlet for all of the emotions we’ve felt during this time, which is also why this might not be the most uplifting album ever produced. The album was recorded, produced and mixed and mastered by our very own Chris Kreutzfeldt.”

Cabal Share Music Video For New Song “Magno Interitus” Featuring Fit For An Autopsy’s Joe Badolato

Cabal have teamed up with Fit For An Autopsy’s Joe Badolato for a new song titled “Magno Interitus.” You can find an official video for that trek below:

Cabal commented:

“‘Magno Interitus‘ was written while the pandemic was at its highest and everything seemed like it was going to collapse around us. Politicians still just serving their own best interests, peaceful protests having what are essentially war crimes committed against them, all while the impending threat of global destruction due to rapid climate changes, seems to be downplayed severely or outright ignored by those in power. The track is three and a half minutes of pure vitriol spewed in the face of those who dare to try and ignore the great decay that is happening right before our eyes and all around us. To really make the track stand out as much as possible we elicited the help from one of our favorite vocalists; Joe Bad of the amazing Fit For An Autopsy.”

Cabal Sign With Nuclear Blast Records

Cabal have signed a new deal with Nuclear Blast Records. The band said the following about that:

“We are beyond ecstatic and proud that Cabal is now a part of the Nuclear Blast family. A lot of the bands that we grew up listening to and idolising were signed to Nuclear Blast, so joining the roster ourselves feels quite surreal, in the best way possible way, for a bunch of fanboys like ourselves. Having the opportunity to work with such an incredible team is truly a dream come true for us. This is a new and exciting chapter for Cabal. We can’t wait to release our best material yet with Nuclear Blast Records, and we’re ready to take our musical careers to the next level.”

Trivium’s Matt Heafy Guests On New Cabal Song “Bitter Friend”

Cabal have premiered a new song titled “Bitter Friend.” This track features Trivium’s Matt Heafy and it will appear on the band‘s new album “Drag Me Down,“ which is set to be released on April 3.

Heafy commented:

“Cabal is one of the most frighteningly heavy bands I’ve ever had the privilege of being a fan of. Unstoppably powerful on album and live. It’s an honor to be asked to guest on a song with them. You all need their records.”

Cabal added:

“‘Bitter Friend‘ is a deep dive into the internal conflict between yourself and the side of yourself that you’d rather die than let take over and how if feels when you’re losing that fight. It’s a song on which we’ve experimented a bit with our sound while still staying true to what Cabal have always been about and last but not least it also has none other than the absolute legend Matt Heafy from Trivium doing an awesome feature on it.”
