Dethklok are among the artists set to perform at this year’s “Adult Swim Festival Block Party.” That event will take place in Philadelphia, PA on August 5-7 and it will also feature: Run The Jewels, Tierra Whack, Ana Fabrega, Bia, Eshu Tune (Hannibal Buress), and more. This news comes after Adult Swim previously announced a new “Metalocalypse” movie and after Dethklok drummer Gene Hoglan (ex-Testament) hinted at the possibility of a new album.

The initial lineup has been revealed for this year’s virtual Adult Swim Festival. The event will take place on November 12-13 and it will feature performances from Alien Weaponry, The Armed, Thou, Lil Baby, Karol G, 21 Savage, Flying Lotus, and more. Most of the content will stream on YouTube, while some exclusives will stream on HBO Max.
Mastodon will be performing as part of the virtual Adult Swim Festival. The event will stream on November 13-14 and it will also include a performance from Robyn. Run The Jewels, “Rick And Morty,” “The Eric Andre Show,” and more will also be involved as well.
Dethklok will return to the stage for the first time in five years at the 2019 Adult Swim Festival. That event will take place on November 15-16 at the Banc Of California Stadium in Los Angeles, CA and it will also feature Inter Arma, Iron Reagan, HEALTH, and more.
Mastodon are among the latest batch of artists to be added to the inaugural Adult Swim Festival. The music, comedy, etc. event will take place at Row DTLA in Los Angeles, CA on October 6-7, and previously announced metal acts include Code Orange and High On Fire.
