During Foo Fighters’ May 4 show at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN, the band invited an 8-year-old fan, who Dave Grohl called “Little Fonzie”, onstage to play drums with them. However, once he got up there he refused to leave the stage. You can see how that turned out below:
During their April 29 set at Welcome To Rockville, Foo Fighters were joined onstage by John Travolta and Billy Idol. The lineup has been revealed for the 2018 Kaaboo Del Mar festival. That event will take place on September 14-16 in Del Mar, CA, and it will include: Foo Fighters, Incubus, Slash feat. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Candlebox, Robert Plant, and more.
Foo Fighters have shared a video of them rehearsing a mash-up of Van Halen’s “Jump” and John Lennon’s “Imagine” for their upcoming summer tour. Foo Fighters performed their song “The Sky Is A Neighborhood” at this year’s BRIT Awards, which were held at the O2 Arena in London, UK yesterday (February 21). You can see footage of that below. In other news, the band also won the ‘International Group’ award at the ceremony as well.
During their January 30 show in Melbourne, Australia, Foo Fighters were joined onstage by Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo for a cover of KISS’ “Detroit Rock City.” You can see footage of that below:
