Clutch have premiered a lyric video for their cover of Willie Dixon’s “Evil.” That track was originally made famous by Howlin’ Wolf and was later covered by Cactus. Clutch’s version serves as the first song in their “Weathermaker Vault Series.”
Hollywood Vampires, the supergroup featuring core members Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Joe Perry (Aerosmith), have premiered a new video for their cover of David Bowie’s “Heroes.” This track features Depp on lead vocals and it will appear on the band’s new album “Rise” (out June 21).
Neal Schon (Journey) is paying tribute to Prince by releasing a cover of “Purple Rain” on what would have been the late musician’s 61st birthday. The track will appear on Schon’s upcoming solo album “Universe.”
The Haxans, the goth pop project featuring Ash Costello (New Years Day) and Piggy D. (Rob Zombie), have released a cover version of Blue Öyster Cult’s “Godzilla.” You can check that out below:
