Volumes have premiered a new video for their latest single “S.O.A.P.” That track is from the band’s new album, “Mirror Touch,” which will be released on December 12. The group previously said the following about the song:

“‘S.O.A.P.’ is about pure and impure indulgence. Good versus evil. Playing with fire or magic — the lines are blurred here. We self-nurture habits that are deemed immoral, although who is the person making that decisions for us?”

  • Promoter Postpones Dogma’s Australian Tour: “We Only Want To Promote The Band We, And You, Thought We Were Getting”

Promoter Hardline Media has postponed Dogma’s Australian tour. This news comes after the band’s management quietly replaced singer Grace Jane Pasturini (Lilith) and guitarists Amber Maldonado (Lamia) and Patri Grief (Rusalka). Those musicians recently started working on a new project after accusing management of “manipulation,” “mistreatment,” and more. Other musicians have since come forward as well. Hardline Media issued the following statement:

“Dear Dogma fans, Due to the current situation unfolding we are postponing the Australian shows for now. We only want to promote the band we, and you, thought we were getting. We will do all we can to make this happen. But this will take a little time. Please hold onto your ticket for now while we try to sort this for you. If we cannot make this happen, refunds will be processed — but we need your support to make this happen. A big way of showing your support is holding onto your ticket, which will allow us to navigate this to a positive outcome where you, the fans, get what you paid for. Much respect, Hardline Media“

  • Showing Teeth Premiere New Song “Labyrinth”

Showing Teeth have premiered new song titled “Labyrinth.” The track, which features Periphery drummer Matt Halpern, can be streamed below:

    Showing Teeth commented:

“Showing Teeth is the project I’ve always dreamed of making but never thought was possible. It’s a fully uncensored creative outlet where anything goes. ‘Labyrinth‘ being the first track is very symbolic of that, as I recorded the initial demo as a full vocal one-take just to get it out of my system, but quickly fell in love with how raw the emotions were in the track. I’m so excited to release my own music and see how people relate to the tracks and how they interpret the lyrics and apply them to their own lives.”

A press release also offered more insight into the single:

”’Labyrinth‘ is a symbolic journey about giving away all of yourself to feel accepted by another person, just to discover that it’s never enough. The verses are extremely panicked and frustrated. It’s a frantic, rushed feeling when you are trying to do everything you possibly can to make someone else happy. The aggressive verses contrast a soft, melodic chorus to highlight the feeling of relief when you think you’ve reached the exit of the labyrinth; which in this case is another person’s acceptance. It feels peaceful, as if nothing was ever wrong. But then you hit another dead end, and suddenly the rage returns. You are the only person that can help yourself escape the labyrinth. Only you can save yourself.”

  • In The Blind Premiere “Wither” Video

In The Blind (Dog Fashion Disco, ex-Nothingface, etc.) have premiered a new video for their new song “Wither.” The track is from their new EP, “Sulphur Moon,“ which will be released on December 5. Vocalist Josh Grosscup commented:

“‘Wither‘ is a haunting ballad that unfolds like a diary left open on a dusty windowsill. The narrator, trapped inside the same four walls that once promised safety, watches the days blur into gray. The chorus is a dying echo of a man’s struggle with depression in a place most feel comfort. Realizing the haven has become a slow-acting poison, the song ends on a single unresolved chord, leaving the listener inside the room, unsure whether the next sound will be a door opening or the walls closing in.”
