Lionize’s Nate Bergman and Dying Wish’s Emma Boster have joined forces for a new cover of Death Cab For Cutie’s “I Will Follow You Into The Dark.” You can check that out below. Bergman commented:

“After a chance encounter at two memorial services in New York and Los Angeles for a mutual friend, I figured out that Emma and her husband were my neighbors in Nashville and that we had a plethora of personal and professional friendships that we shared. We are actively working on a project that I can’t speak about quite yet, but the end result was beyond my wildest dreams. Emma is a powerful vocalist, writer, and consummate creative mind in the studio. So after hours of laughter, singing, and our shared love of a certain wave of emo and folk, covering Death Cab for Cutie’s ‘I Will Follow You Into The Dark’ just made sense. A sort of amuse-bouche to a very special piece of art we constructed together.”
