According to The Salt Lake City Tribune, former The Used guitarist Quinn Allman has filed a lawsuit against the band. He is looking to receive payment from past tours, as well as proceeds from album and merchandise sales, and damages for late/irregular royalty checks. Allman also says the band sent him a termination agreement to remove him from their corporate entities, The Used, LLC and Burning Touring Inc., which he didn’t sign due to it not allowing for severance or control over royalty payments. He now wants to dissolve The Used, LLC and get compensated for damages. You can read more about all that via The Salt Lake City Tribune.
