On March 2, Paul Rodgers (Bad Company) and Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath) were honored during the “Adopt The Arts: Sound & Vision Awards” at the Plaza Theatre in Palm Springs, CA. The event also included a special all-star jam. You can see pro-shot footage of Butler, Corey Taylor (Slipknot), Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme), Steve Stevens (Billy Idol), and Matt Sorum (ex-Guns N’ Roses) performing Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs” and pro-shot footage of Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), Phil X (Bon Jovi), Stevie Salas (Mick Jagger), Mike Mangan (The Cult), Robert DeLeo (Stone Temple Pilots), and Sorum performing Bad Company’s “Shooting Star” below. The full set will receive a vinyl release on September 28. Furthermore, the concert will also be screened at the Plaza Theatre on September 13.
