The deadly fires here in California have had an impact on a number of rock/metal musicians. Among them is Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst, who appears to have lost his house. He said the following on his Instagram story:
“When you wake up and your house has burned down, but you were able to salvage your chair and thermos and paddleball.”
Durst‘s bandmate Wes Borland also seems to have lost some gear in the fire:

Tool’s Adam Jones and his family have also been evacuated and their house is in danger:
Filter’s Richard Patrick and his family were evacuated as well:
Furthermore, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Flea and his family were evacuated, but a neighbor helped save their house:
