A Day To Remember’s Josh Woodard Denies Sexual Misconduct Allegations

A Day To Remember’s Josh Woodard has been accused of sexual misconduct. One of the allegations, which has since been deleted, came from a woman who said that the bassist had sex with her about 10 years ago when she was only 16. However, Woodard has denied the accusations.

Woodard said the following:

“I’d like to address the allegations against me that have circulated around the internet in recent weeks.

First, let me be clear that the events described never happened and these allegations are false.

Up until now, I have remained silent because I do not feel it is appropriate to handle or debate this situation on social media. Addressing this is my personal responsibility, and I have chosen to defend myself through the proper legal channels.

Aside from releasing this statement, I will continue dealing with this matter privately in order to protect myself and my family.

Homewrecker’s Matt Barnum Accused Of Sexual Misconduct

Homewrecker’s Matt Barnum has been accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women. One of the alleged victims shared a series of tweets in which she said the frontman solicited nudes from her when she was only 16:

After coming forward on Twitter, the woman launched an Instagram account so more girls can share their stories about Barnum. Some allegations against drummer Matt Izzi have surfaced as well.

Good Fight Music have also responded to the accusations by dropping Homewrecker from the label :

“It has come to our attention that multiple women have accused Matt Barnum of Homewrecker of sexual misconduct while underage over the last number of years.

Good Fight Music is no longer associated with Homewrecker effective immediately. We will never tolerate, condone, or stay silent about sexual aggression on our roster, especially towards minors. BELIEVE WOMEN.“

CJ McCreery (Ex-Lorna Shore) Responds To Past Sexual Misconduct And Abuse Allegations

Late last year, CJ McCreery was fired from Lorna Shore following allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse. Now, the vocalist has officially commented on the accusations.

McCreery said the following:

“Hey everybody, it’s been a while. I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe out there. I have been absent on all social medias for quite some time now, but today I finally feel ready and strong enough to speak up about the accusations you may have heard about me.

There are many reasons why I chose to stay silent through everything from the day it all started, all the way up until now. Not defending myself was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but with how fast everything happened, how quickly the accusations were being spread, and how many people were believing them, I felt that saying anything at all in the midst of everything wouldn’t even matter.

I was immediately getting death threats, hateful messages, awful articles being written about me, and so on. I decided it was best for my safety and mental health to unplug from all the negativity and surround myself with family and close friends.

I want to start by saying that the accusations made against me are extremely serious and I do not take them lightly. I totally get why some people may have read the articles about me and had a very strong negative opinion afterwards but i can assure you that these accusations are all lies and were fueled by my two exes due to being broken up with.

I do not want to stigmatize anyone for speaking up when they believe something they see or have experienced is/ was wrong. I also am by no means attacking anyone for having mental health issues.

I fully support people who want to address toxic and problematic behaviors in others and nobody should ever feel scared or embarrassed to seek help for their mental health issues. With that said, you cannot believe everything you read online posted by someone’s ex.

I decided to make a video to share what our break-ups were actually about and show the actual texts exchanged at the time of the breakups, along with other crucial texts to help further show that what’s being said about me is false.

Ideally, I would not have to do this, but both Nicole and Morgan never responded to my lawyers’ 3 separate attempted contacts reaching out to resolve things privately and I am really not out to get anyone or cause more drama. I just want the truth out there. So here is what happened.

Nicole and i were on and off for years. When I last broke up with Nicole, it was very upsetting for her. Far from cutting me out of her life for being “abusive” or anything of that nature, when I broke up with her, she was devastated, had nothing but good things to say about me, told me that she had strong feelings for me that she had been hiding, and confessed that hating me was easier than admitting she missed me every time she tried coping with us being apart all of the other times in the past.

That coping mechanism became very clear in an extreme way as soon as I started dating someone else. Nicole became spitefully irrational and started falsely characterizing her relationship with me as abusive in an attempt to ruin me and my next relationship.

I am still not sure why she hid her feelings from me or would rather hate me than just be honest about our breakup, but once I found out there was an unhealthy imbalance of mixed emotions that were not going to work out, I did the right thing and bowed out of her life on what I thought would be amicable terms.

Everything Nicole and I did sexually was 100% consensual, and many times in the past when we were broken up or not on speaking terms, she would continue to contact me, smother me, and ask me to do those particular things with her to either win me back or to just simply hang out with me.

I have dozens of saved text messages to that effect but i think sharing any more than what i’ll already be showing in the video would be in poor taste. I am disappointed and very hurt that she mischaracterized our relationship and our break up, but I wish her well.

I also ended things with my most recent ex, Morgan, due to long distance (and also due to the damper Nicole’s harassment and twitter posts put on myself and morgans relationship). Morgan is an online public figure that makes some of her money through social media.

Because of that, Morgan was worried about public perception when Nicole lashed out on twitter falsely labeling me as a sexual/ physical abuser, ect… Cancel culture does not exactly slow down and wait for the facts and unfortunately I was immediately labeled as all of the awful words being pinned on me, so Morgan immediately started to receive backlash just for being in a relationship with me and defending me.

As the pressure mounted, Morgan began to reverse course for the sake of publicity. I could not be with someone who would privately tell me that she did not believe a word of what Nicole was saying about me online while she publicly held out a façade of solidarity with people she did not actually believe for the sake of appearances on the internet.

When I finally broke up with Morgan and cut all ties for good, it was easy for her to make amends with her detractors by hopping on the cancel culture bandwagon to protect her brand even though she had already told me herself that she did not believe a word of what Nicole was saying and that she never experienced those situations with me in our relationship. Sadly thats where i am today and how all of this started.

All in all, I was naïve about how much people value perception over facts and how far people can manipulate things online with a handful of Tweets. I learned a lot going through this whole situation. I’ve had a lot of time to think and work on myself.

I can fully admit that I am still growing as a person and need to be more careful, mindful of people’s emotions, mental health, and be more selective about who I involvement myself with, but when it comes to the gist of all the variants of extreme “abuser” accusations levied against me, i am innocent and the text messages in my video will speak for themselves.

What’s done is done, so all I can do is take it, grow from it, learn from it, move on from this and be the best person I can be. I will continue to learn, grow, and better myself each day and leave all of this behind me.

I want nothing more than to just simply get back to living a normal life again. This has been an extremely dark time in my life and I can’t fathom going on anymore this way. I hope that this post and my video showcasing the texts will provide some context to change a lot of minds about what has been said about me.

To everyone that has been there for me and supported me through all of this, thank you. To everyone who texted me and called me when everything went down to make sure I was okay, thank you. To those that stood by my side and reassured me that things would get better and made sure that I stayed strong, thank you.

To those who found ways to contact me via email, letters, snapchat, video game DM’s, and even PayPal to share words of kindness and support, thank you. Every single person who stood by my side and didn’t give up on me, supported me, defended me and believed in me, you are the reason I am still here today and writing this. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.”

Attila Frontman Chris Fronzak Accused Of Sexual Misconduct

Attila’s Chris Fronzak has been accused of sexual misconduct. A woman recently called out the frontman in a series of tweets:

Fronzak then responded with two video clips saying:

“Hey what’s up this is Fronz and as you know there’s always two sides to every story. So here’s my side: first things first, I am not a pedophile, I have 0 desire to hook up with anyone underage and I’m strongly against that. At the end of 2018, my band was on tour in Europe and when we were on tour in Austria I met up with a girl named Roxy Vienna. I didn’t seek this girl out, she was simply in my green room, already drinking. We had some drinks together, we had a really good time.

And as things started to heat up, I asked her her age in which she proceeded to tell me she was above age. I checked her ID, in which she had a fake ID that said she was above age. We hooked up, that was that. Flash forward a year later it’s 2019—end of 2019, we’re back on tour in Europe. She comes out with her friend—they always come out together. It’s fun, we vibe, we drink. Once again they’re backstage, already drinking.

You guys know me, I’m in Attila, I’m very hospitable. Any guys, girls, guests—I’m always giving them drinks. I’m not forcing people to get drunk. I just want everyone to be happy and comfortable, that’s it. So we’re having a great night, once again, not a big deal, no one was blackout drunk. We had an early bus call that night so we didn’t hook up. And the next day Roxy messages me saying ‘I really regret not hooking up with you, me and my friend want to come out again to another date, so we can do it.’

And it’s at this point where she explains to me that she in fact lied about her age a year ago. Which was really offsetting and I’m upset about myself for knowing that and still hanging out with her, but we had a good time that night, once again, nobody was blackout. We hooked up and that was that. Since then we still talk. We’ve FaceTimed since that tour. We text, she sends memes in my messages and stuff. And I think that’s part of why I’m confused right now.

But I also have very strong reason to believe that my ex-girlfriend is playing a very large role in this—in fact I know she is. She’s very upset at me because I cheated on her. And I regret that, I made a mistake, I cheated on you. I’m sorry. But I really don’t think that this is a justifiable cause to come out here and try to ruin my life because you’re upset that I cheated on you.

Because I know that you’re teaming up with Roxy to do this and it’s making me really upset. Like, I’m very proud of what I do and everything I do is to support my family and my children. And you’re really… it’s really messing with me and I’m really upset. But that’s all I’m gonna say. I’m not gonna further dive into this topic right now. But I do have a lawyer, so if anyone has any additional concerns, I will happily link you to my lawyer and that’s all I have to say about this situation.”

Ministry Guitarist Sin Quirin Accused Of Having Sex With Underage Girls

Billboard have shared a new investigative report from Spin with some disturbing allegations against Ministry’s Sinhue “Sin” Quirin. The guitarist has been accused of having sex with two underage girls in the early 2000s.

One accuser, named Kelly Longoria, says she met Quirin in San Antonio, TX during a Dope show in 2002 when he was performing in Society 1. She was only 15 at the time, while Quirin was 33. Longoria says that he lied about his age, saying he was 28, and that he knew she was underage. They reportedly exchanged contact info and later went on to start a sexual relationship. Eventually, Longoria’s friends and family informed the police.

The other accuser, who was identified as “Brooke,” is an entertainment industry worker who says that she met Quirin in Portland, OR during a Society 1 show in 2005. She was barley 16 at the time, but he ended up initiating a sexual relationship with her. While Brooke’s mother was out of town, the members of Society 1 stayed at her house and Quirin had sex with her after the band were informed that her and her friends were minors.

Quirin has denied the allegations through his attorney, but it’s worth noting that there is more evidence to support their claims. Lacey Sculls, who dated Quirin in 2010 while they were touring with Lords of Acid, said she ended up breaking up with him after she found out about him having sex with Longoria while she was underage. She even provided Spin with emails from Quirin and social media comments from Society 1 frontman Matt Zane in which they allegedly admitted to sexual misconduct. Sculls also went on record with the San Antonio, TX police to help support Longoria‘s accusations.

On top of this, another woman named Beth George claimed that Quirin previously hired her as a social media consultant and that she noticed that he was receiving alarming messages from underage girls. She also claimed that she was fired after confronting him about it. However, Quirin‘s attorney claimed that the guitarist never hired George.

Ministry have yet to officially comment, but frontman Al Jourgensen did have his attorney issue a statement:

“Mr. Jourgenson (sic) is unaware of any of potential nefarious activity by any member of Ministry during their respective tenure(s) with the band including but not limited to Mr. Sin Quirin.”

Iron Reagan Fire Bassist Robert Skotis Over Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Iron Reagan have parted ways with Robert Skotis. The bassist was fired from the band after being accused of sexual misconduct.

The group commented:

“Effectively immediately Robert Skotis is no longer an active member of Iron Reagan. We apologize for our delayed response to the allegations against him and hope we haven’t caused any further harm by not responding until now. We do not condone predatory behavior and would not knowingly associate ourselves with someone we felt was a threat or a danger to anyone.

We encourage Rob to make a public statement to clarify this situation to us and the rest of the world.”

On top of this, the Cobra Cabana Consortium in Richmond, VA have also severed ties with Skotis:

“As of 5:00pm today, Monday January 13th, 2020, The Cobra Consortium Corporation doing business as Cobra Cabana and Sliceoftheaction Corp doing business as Hot For Pizza has severed ALL ties with Robert Skotis. He is no longer employed at, no longer resides above Cobra, and as soon as the paperwork is finalized he will no longer be an owner of either company or business.

We have always considered Cobra a safe haven and will continue to provide a safe place for everyone. We believe victims, we heard the allegations and the decision was made to immediately part ways. We cannot speak to the validity of the accusations, but we most certainly know that they have nothing to do with the remaining officers of the company.

Looking forward, we do sincerely hope that everyone knows we will continue to provide and give back to the Carver community in the many ways that we have since we started. We love Richmond and continue to pledge our loyalty and commitment to making it a safer place for us all.

Josh Novicki CC, HFP Herbie Abernethy CC, HFP Al Copeland, HFP”

For his part, Skotis has denied the allegations:

“Dearest friends,

As some of you know, I have recently been blindsided by a baseless attack from an anonymous twitter account. This is a nameless and faceless account, whose sole purpose is to smear local RVA business owners.

Unfortunately, this slanderous accusation has created enough noise to cause me to be alienated from my beloved restaurant, and compelled me to at least temporarily step back from my role in Iron Reagan.

This entire episode has been unspeakably painful and confusing. The one thing I can say with absolute certainty is that no part of this allegation is true.

I strongly encourage everybody to consider the source of these fabrications and ask that you do not rush to judgement. Thank you friends and family, for continuing to support me through this difficult time.

Love Rob“

Our Last Night’s Matt Wentworth Blames Catfisher For Allegedly Sending Nudes To Underage Fan

Our Last Night’s Matt Wentworth was recently accused of sending nude photos to an underage girl and has now commented on the allegations. He claims the accusations are “100% false” and that the photos were probably sent by a catfisher.

Wentworth said the following:

“The recent accusations toward me are ridiculous and 100% false. I have absolutely never done or said anything sexual or inappropriate to an underage person. The photos of me in the screenshot are old and were leaked to the internet long before the time of this accusation.

I cannot control where these images are posted or who they are sent to. In the past, we have been notified that someone was using these photos as catfish bait through Snapchat with the name ‘TrevorOLN’.

We have provided our own image showing that other people were talking about getting cat-fished with these same photos the day before. We deeply apologize to the people who were sent these photos without consent.

This is all the information out there and we consider this cased closed. Thank you to all of our fans for being patient in the last 24 hours while we were sorting this all out. We love you guys.”

Woman Who Sued Gene Simmons (KISS) For Sexual Battery Files To Have The Case Dismissed

According to The Blast, the dishwasher who accused Gene Simmons (KISS) of inappropriately touching her private parts has filed a request to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice. It is unclear if a settlement was reached, but the fact that she filed seems to indicate that some sort of deal was made. Once a judge signs off on the request, the case will be closed. Back in December 2018, the woman, who was working at one of Simmons’ Rock & Brews restaurants in 2016, says the musician was visiting the establishment when his manager told her to get closer to him for a picture, but when she did, he allegedly “reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina completely covering it.” The woman says she tried to stop him and that she showed the photo to her coworkers. The suit went on to say Simmons was acting “sexually charged” with other women that night and that he was touching their hands and telling them to unbutton their shirts. This news comes after Simmons previously settled a separate lawsuit for sexual assault last year.

As previously reported, 21 women have come forward with accusations of rape and misconduct, including 16 that were underage when the frontman allegedly committed the horrible acts. For their part, Spotify said the band’s music was pulled for violating their guidelines on prohibited content.

21 Women Accuse Blood On The Dance Floor’s Dahvie Vanity Of Rape & Sexual Misconduct

Back in December 2018, Huffington Post spoke to a dozen women who had accused Blood On The Dance Floor’s Dahvie Vanity (aka Jesus David Torres) of rape and sexual misconduct. Now, the website has followed up with a new story saying more victims have come forward bringing the total up to 21. 16 of the women say they were underage when he allegedly committed the horrible acts, including some that were as young as 13. Among the women who came forward was Dianna Farrell, who was only 14 when Torres forced her to perform oral sex in 2007. Police were actually alerted about that incident, but they let Torres go after Farrell refused to cooperate with the prosecution. A total of 14 victims had similar stories about Torres forcing them to perform oral sex.
