During their latest “Electric Happy Hour” set, Machine Head’s Robb Flynn and Jared MacEachern played a number of Metallica covers in honor of the band’s 40th anniversary. The performance, which can be seen below, also features various Machine Head tracks and several other covers.
It looks like Machine Head’s new album will feature studio drumming from Navene Koperweis (Entheos, ex-Animals As Leaders). That effort is currently scheduled to be released in summer 2022.
