Eye Set To Kill have announced that they will release their new self-titled album on February 16. Alexia Rodriguez commented:

“We spent the last 4 years breaking apart and building back up creatively and definitively speaking. There were times we felt like outside forces may tear us down but found that our music gave us the strength to move on through. We self titled this album because these songs define the toughest moments of our lives as people and artists while also instilling hope when we really needed it most.”

“Putting yourself out there and staying true to your inner artist is always a challenge and is especially difficult when outside influences push you to be something you’re not. Break is about that point in your life that you’ve had enough and don’t want to be consumed or controlled by negative energy.

I wanted the normal interpretation of ‘the breaking point’ to be renewed and actually portrayed as a positive realization and new beginning. It’s about accepting who you are and welcoming changes without letting them break you down.”

Eyes Set To Kill have added Tiaday Ball (The World Over) to their lineup as a replacement for Anissa Rodriguez, who recently exited the group. They have also officially welcomed long time touring guitarist A.J. Bartholomew to the band as well. On top of this, the group have also released a new song titled “Break,” which you can find on iTunes and Spotify.

Eyes Set To Kill Part Ways With Anissa Rodriguez

Eyes Set To Kill have parted ways with bassist Anissa Rodriguez. Despite this, the band have recently completed a new album and plan to continue.


The band said the following:

“As some of you may know, Anissa recently made the decision to leave Eyes Set To Kill after spending over 10 years writing & performing music with us. We truly wish her the best & encourage you all to follow her future endeavors. We also want to thank all of you for the patience you’ve shown as we took some time off to consider the future direction of the band. With that being said, we’re pleased to announce that Eyes Set To Kill WILL continue & that we’ve completed our upcoming album, which will see a release date in the very near future along with a full slate of touring in 2017. We’re very excited to share some new music with you all so please stay tuned to our socials for future updates & thanks again for your support!”
