“A couple of years ago something special happened. The lovely Santa himself and his sweet Elf Girls paid a visit to a Beast In Black show to spread some magical Xmas mood. And there is no better day to share this crazy (mad and insane?) memory than today on Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas to all of our fans, friends and families!”

Beast In Black Premiere “Hardcore” Video

Beast In Black have premiered an age-restricted video for their song “Hardcore.” This track is from the band’s latest album “Dark Connection.” Anton Kabanen commented:

“Welcome to the next century. Dark connections and prohibited pleasures is the name of this ultimate game, a reality within reality. Some things are just too irresistible not to taste, even when it’s your own life that is at stake. Time to reveal the naked truth and face the judgment. What you’re about to witness is the result of an unapologetic and unforgiving vision inspired by the mind-bending works of Hajime Sorayama and raw cyberpunk animes of the ’90’s, namely ‘AD Police Files: The Phantom Woman’. For your pleasure, or your slight, we present you: ‘Hardcore’!”

Beast In Black Premiere “One Night In Tokyo” Video

Beast In Black have premiered a new video for their new song “One Night In Tokyo.” This track is from the band’s new album “Dark Connection,” which will be released on October 29. Guitarist Anton Kabanen commented:

”What could be better than spending one night in Tokyo? That’s right, nothing. If this hyper uplifting and max powered heavy metal hybrid of italo disco and eurobeat doesn’t get you electrified and flying through the futuristic dreamscapes of mesmerizing and exciting Tokyo, then you’re just not crazy, mad and insane enough for a journey where only Beast In Black can take you. If you’re with us, you better buckle up for a manic ride on the savage Beast!”

Beast In Black Premiere “Moonlight Rendezvous” Video

Beast In Black have premiered a new video for their new song “Moonlight Rendezvous.” This track is from the band’s new album “Dark Connection,” which will be released on October 29. Guitarist Anton Kabanen commented:

“‘Moonlight Rendezvous’ is a massive dark cyberpunk love story that marks a brave new turn in Beast In Black’s journey. It felt like a mission impossible to capsulize a story worth a full length feature film into six minutes without making it feel like a trailer, and still make total sense when you put all the pieces together. But as always, the bigger the challenge the more it feeds our ambition and excitement, hence we knew we must do this! That’s the way of the Beast. And we all can easily agree that no one was as driven as our multi-talented director Katri Ilona Koppanen, who didn’t only make an extraordinary video for Beast In Black which we couldn’t be more proud of, but also her brilliant debut as a director.”

10. “Broken Survivors”
11. “My Dystopia”
12. “Battle Hymn” (Manowar cover)
13. “They Don’t Care About Us” (Michael Jackson cover)

Guitarist Anton Kabanen said the following about the record:

“Enter cyberpunk. Flying cars, sprawling metropolis, valleys of neon lights, emotionless killers, gynoids, femmes fatales, shadowy characters, lethal lust, forbidden passion, love larger than life, space travel… All this and much more is what Dark Connection holds within. Such cyberpunk animes as Armitage III, Cyber City Oedo 808, AD Police, Battle Angel Alita and Bubblegum Crisis have essentially served as sources of inspiration, as well as the immortal classic film by Ridley Scott; Blade Runner. And as always, a Beast In Black album wouldn’t be a Beast In Black album without a heavy impact of Berserk, the manga and anime creation of Kentaro Miura. Sadly, the beloved author passed away while we were still making this album. Thus, Dark Connection is dedicated to Kentaro Miura.”

He also added the following about the cover art:

“The instantly captivating album artwork was once again done by Roman Ismailov. Its visual emphasis significantly correlates with the recurring themes of Dark Connection. The tense gaze shared between the Beast and the drop-dead gorgeous femme fatale gynoid, Cynthia, speaks of an exciting, arousing, dangerous, mysterious and even questionable connection on a physical, emotional and moral level. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well, this certainly is the case!”

“During our recent From Hell With Love tour, Damien of Dust In Mind came to us and offered to record our show in Strasbourg in order to make a live video out of it. The result he sent to us was way above our expectations. His video truly shows the real power of the Beast In Black live performances!”

Beast In Black Premiere “Die By The Blade” Lyric Video

Beast In Black have premiered a lyric video for their new song “Die By The Blade.” This track is from the band’s new album “From Hell With Love,” which will be released on February 8. Anton Kabanen commented:

“‘Die By The Blade’ is one of the ‘Berserk’ manga related songs on the album and apart from its very straightforward song title, the lyrics deal with a deeper issue than it might seem at first glance. Music-wise it’s a definite BEAST IN BLACK style heavy metal ear-worm and Yannis’ powerful and emotional all-or-nothing type of performance deserves a special mention!”
