Sacred Reich Premiere “Manifest Reality” Music Video

Sacred Reich have premiered a new video for their new song “Manifest Reality.” This track is from the band’s new album “Awakening,” which will be released on August 23.

Phil Rind commented:

“The video directed by the supremely talented Mark Pellington, shot by the incredible Ann Evelyn Lawford and talented corps of dancers choreographed by Nina McNeely presents a dichotomy. It shows the struggle we face day to day, moment to moment in overcoming the habits we have created that hold us back. The conflict between our best and worst instincts. Releasing grief and overcoming isolation. The yearning for something better.”

Sacred Reich Premiere “Awakening” Music Video

Sacred Reich have premiered a new video for their new song “Awakening.” This is the title track of the band’s new album, which will be released on August 23.

“Awakening” Track Listing:

01. “Awakening”
02. “Divide & Conquer”
03. “Salvation”
04. “Manifest Reality”
05. “Killing Machine”
06. “Death Valley”
07. “Revolution”
08. “Something To Believe”

Phil Rind had the following to say about the new record:

“Going into it, we had a loose idea as far as knowing that we wanted some fast, heavy songs to honor the old school fans that have supported us and gotten us to this point. We wanted everything to happen naturally. We didn’t want to force anything and we are super stoked with every song.

It is easily the best thing we have ever done. Regardless of what happens with the record, the experience of making it was enough to satisfy us. Obviously we hope people like it, but even if it tanked, it could not change the way we feel about it. We know what we did.”

Sacred Reich Premiere New Song “Don’t Do It Donnie”

Sacred Reich have premiered a new song titled “Don’t Do It Donnie.” This track will appear on the band’s new split with Iron Reagan (out April 19) and it also expected to appear on their upcoming album “Awakening.” Phil Rind previously said the following about the song:

“We are stoked to do a split with Iron Reagan. When we began as a band in 1986 we were influenced lyrically by punk bands and the Reagan era. This is a great way to get back to our roots. The song is a heavy and cheeky middle finger to the politics of today. You’d think we’d have learned by now. There is a reason our first record is called ‘Ignorance‘.”

Sacred Reich & Iron Reagan To Release New Split 7″

“We are stoked to do a split with Iron Reagan. When we began as a band in 1986 we were influenced lyrically by punk bands and the Reagan era. This is a great way to get back to our roots. The song is a heavy and cheeky middle finger to the politics of today. You’d think we’d have learned by now. There is a reason our first record is called ‘Ignorance‘.”

Sacred Reich Part Ways With Guitarist Jason Rainey

Guitarist Jason Rainey has exited Sacred Reich due to “health reasons.” He will be replaced by Joey Radziwill.

The band commented:

“Please welcome our new guitar player Joey Radziwill!

Founding member Jason Rainey unfortunately had to step down for health reasons. We wish him our best and gratitude for 33 great years.

Joey and his dad Tim helped us record the demos for the new songs. So when we needed a new guitar player Joey was the obvious choice and was able to jump right in and crush his parts on the new record. He is 22 years old and grew up listening to Sacred Reich (his parents raised him up right).

We welcome Joey, his immense guitar skills, and youthful energy to the band!”

The group’s new album “Awakening” will be released this summer and it will be their first since the return of Dave McClain (ex-Machine Head).
