Empire State Bastard, the “progressive grindcore” project featuring Biffy Clyro guitarist/vocalist Simon Neil and Biffy Clyro touring guitarist and ex-Oceansize frontman Mike Vennart, have premiered a new song titled “Harvest.” The track features drummer Dave Lombardo (ex-Slayer), who recently joined the band alongside touring bassist Naomi Macleod (Bitch Falcon). The group commented:
“Empires fall, States rise, Bastards sing…it’s ‘Harvest’ time, motherfuckers!”

The band, who recently recruited drummer Dave Lombardo (ex-Slayer) and touring bassist Naomi Macleod (Bitch Falcon), will be releasing their first single, “Harvest,” on March 24.
