Violent New Breed, the band featuring ex-Escape The Fate bassist/vocalist Max Green, have premiered a new video for their new song “Crazy.” This track is from the band’s new album “Bad Reputation,” which will be released on October 25.
Green commented:
“’Crazy’ is one of my favorite songs on the album. It has a great energy to it, and lyrically, I feel like it’s something everyone can relate to in some aspect. [It] was the second video we shot, and it came together really organically. We rented this rad warehouse that had a bunch of salvage and constructed everything there on the spot. It helped give the video the vibe we were looking for and was a lot of fun. I’ve definitely got to give a shout out to our director Orie McGinnis. That guy is super talented and has a great eye.”
Shawn McGhee added:
“’Crazy’ is such a fun song with a great hook. We had the instrumental for a while before we started working on the lyrics and melody. Max and Sean walked in one day with some stuff written down, and I remember going through some lyrics. The line, ‘I’m going crazy, I’m out of my mind’ stuck out to me. For me, everything about this song is awesome. The energy and way it hits you right out [of] the gate. This track will hold your attention all the way until the end. We threw down some cardboard in the studio and did some locking and popping.”
