Crossbreed have announced that they will be returning to the stage for a one-off show in Cleveland, OH later this year. With this news, the band have also confirmed that they are working a new song.
The group simply posted the following:
“CROSSBREED Live…….1 NIGHT ONLY…….THIS OCTOBER…..DETAILS TO COME! James Rietz
*hint, the city CB will be playing in, rhymes with STEVELAND”
Frontman James Rietz also followed up with his own statement after fans assumed it was just an April Fool’s prank:
“SO, as I posted yesterday and most thought was an APRIL FOOL’s prank, it was not! HA HA!
I will be performing for 1 night only in Cleveland (STEVELAND) as CROSSBREED with some familiar faces, for no other reason than to ROCK!
PLEASE, no offers to fill in, It’s 1 show, it’s covered already with some band members, and other special guests.
Working on a new song with Seven Dunbar that I’ve always wanted to do, currently in production. When it’s done, video time!!!!
WHY? Why the fuck not! Tired of watching all the nu-metal bands, having all the fun, and I want in…..for 1 NIGHT ONLY!”
