The official cause of death has been revealed for Crazy Town’s Seth Binzer (aka Shifty Shellshock). According to TMZ, the 49-year-old musician died from a mix of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner ruled the overdose as accidental.
