RATT’s debut album “Out Of The Cellar” will be receiving a 40th anniversary reissue on October 25. The effort will be available on CD and red/black splatter vinyl with a lenticular cover and a bonus neon orange 7-inch featuring the bonus track “Reach For The Sky.”
