Saltwound have premiered a new video for their new song “Severance.” The track, which features Distinguisher‘s Nick Chance, is from the band’s new album “The Temptation Of Pain,” which will be released on November 1.
Vocalist Spencer Timmons commented:
“It’s my wish to separate myself from the world in a macro and micro sense. In my personal life and what I see going on, it’s nothing but pain, misery, and things I can’t stand. So, you want to be set free and separated from this darkness. I love music more than anything, but so much of this industry repulses me.”
He also added:
“With every release, we try to create something that sounds different from what we’ve done in the past. We never want to be a one-trick pony. It’s easy to find a niche and suck the well dry. We’re trying to evolve though. I think we achieved that with this album.”
