The Used have shared the title track of their new b-sides album “MEDZ.” That effort features tracks written during the “Toxic Positivity” sessions and it will be available on June 21. Bert McCracken offered more insight into the album by sharing a quote from author C.S. Lewis:
“Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain, but it is more common and also more hard to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden: it is easier to say ‘My tooth is aching’ than to say ‘My heart is broken.’”
