Scream have revealed the details for their new album “DC Special.” The effort will be released on November 10 and it will feature a number of guests including: Dave Grohl, Ian MacKaye, Jerry Busher, Amy Pickering, Mark Cisneros, Onam Emmett, Joe Lally, Bob Berberich, John Goetchius, and more.
