According to a new study by WithinHealth, fans of rock music have a higher chance of having a positive body image. In fact, 64% of those with a positive body image in the study listened to rock music. However, that number drops to 23% for metal fans. Queen, Guns N’ Roses, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and Pink Floyd were said to be the rock artists that made people feel the most confident, while Metallica, Tool, Nirvana, Five Finger Death Punch, and Avenged Sevenfold were said to be the “metal” artists that made people feel the most confident.
