Kontusion (Repulsion, ex-Iron Reagan, etc.) have premiered a new song titled “Throne Of Skulls.” This track is from the band’s new album “Insatiable Lust For Death,” which will be released on July 25. Mark Bronzino commented:
“Charging, galloping riffs backed by stomping rhythms in the vein of Cianide, Convulse, and even the legends Carcass with what could potentially be called the ‘C beat,’ ‘Throne Of Skulls” lyrically tackles the path of destruction and death in the hell-bent pursuit of power concentrated into the hands of the few – a systematic death march humanity has endured from the time of medieval kings to the modern day boardroom. Tyrants taking their bloody throne upon the skulls of the crushed masses, set to the sounds of tremolo picked riffs and frenzied blasts.”
