Niji Entertainment and BMG have announced a new five-LP box set featuring Dio’s 1983 and 1987 performances at Castle Donington during the UK Monsters Of Rock festival. The collection, which is titled “The Complete Donington Collection,” will be available on July 19. Ronnie James Dio’s widow and manager Wendy Dio commented:

“Fond memories of sitting on the grass and watching the bands play. This is an amazing collection. 1983 when Ronnie had just recently formed the DIO band and again in 1987. Ronnie always enjoyed playing in Britain. He loved the audiences and the beer!”
