A new venue called The Atlantis is set to open in Washington, D.C. this spring. The establishment will serve as a replica of the legendary 9:30 Club and it will feature shows from Foo Fighters, Bush, Joan Jett, Clutch, The Struts, Billy Idol, Living Colour, and more.
