During an interview with Rock 100.5 The KATT FM, Godsmack vocalist/guitarist Sully Erna was asked about the possibility of new music from the band. He responded with the following:
“Oh, yeah, yeah. It’s gonna happen for sure. We’re gonna finish this year out. We have a pretty busy schedule all the way up to New Year’s Eve, and then I’m gonna take a minute off, and then we’re gonna start writing a new record. And I’m sure you’ll hear some new Godsmack by the summer of ’27.”
