BBC Postponed The Release Of “Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home” Out Of Respect For “The Family’s Wishes”

As previously reported, the upcoming Ozzy Osbourne documentary, “Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home,” was pulled from BBC’s schedule just hours before it’s premiere. The film, which explores the final years of Osbourne’s life, was supposed to air on August 18 via BBC One and iPlayer. However, the network delayed the release out of respect for Osbourne’s family. They said the following about that:

“Our sympathies are with the Osbourne family at this difficult time. We are respecting the family’s wishes to wait a bit longer before airing this very special film. The new [transmission] date will be confirmed shortly.”
