According to BBC, a man has been arrested and charged with theft after stealing flowers from Ozzy Osbourne’s memorial site at the Black Sabbath bench in Birmingham, England. The 45-year-old, who has been identified as Parviz Jafari, is scheduled to appear in court on September 3. The aforementioned bench has been flooded with numerous tributes for the frontman since his death on July 22. Notably, the Birmingham City Council has been collecting the items and will be passing them along to Osbourne’s family.
