Profiler have officially welcomed guitarist Jay Remnants and drummer Jacob Andrews to their lineup. With this news, the band have also announced a new deluxe edition of “A Digital Nowhere.” The expanded effort will be released on February 17 and its first single, “Constricted,” can be streamed below:
Vocalist Mike Evans commented the song:
“‘Constricted‘ is about feeling unworthy in relationships. It discusses personal experiences such as rejecting people in order to protect ourselves from being hurt. It’s themed around the quiet desperation of past trauma affecting our present moment reactions.”
The group also commented on the new lineup:
“Profiler has decided to expand into a four piece. The decision was not easy. Ultimately it needed to be made to allow Mike to express himself as a front man & to be able to write without limitations.”
