Paramount+ have announced a new docuseries titled “Nöthin’ But A Good Time: The Uncensored Story Of ’80s Hair Metal.” The show is based on Tom Beaujour and Richard Bienstock’s book, Nöthin But A Good Time: The Uncensored History Of The ’80s Hard Rock Explosion,” and it will hit the streaming service later this year. The three-part series was directed by Jeff Tremaine (“Jackass”) and it will feature interviews with Bret Michaels (Poison), Stephen Pearcy (Ratt), Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme), Dave “Snake” Sabo (Skid Row), Riki Rachtman (“Headbangers Ball”), Corey Taylor (Slipknot), Steve-O (“Jackass”), and more. Tremaine said the following about the show:
“This docuseries is a celebration of the most outrageous decade in rock ‘n’ roll. It’s my love letter to the ’80s.”
