Marduk have parted ways with Joel Lindholm. The bassist was fired after doing a Nazi salute onstage during the band’s set at this year’s Incineration Festival in London, England. Footage of that incident can be seen at the 45 minute mark in the below video. Marduk, who have been accused of white supremacy in the past, issued the following statement:

“Following a variety of intolerable stage antics by a very drunk Joel at Incineration Fest last week, he has vacated his position in the band. Our old friend and bass player Devo has agreed to step in on a temporary basis, so this is unlikely to affect any of upcoming shows.”
