As previously reported, Brent Elliott White, the man who created the cover art for Megadeth’s latest album “The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!,” filed a lawsuit against the band earlier this year after accusing the group of neglecting to pay or credit him for his work. Now, the matter has officially been settled. According to The Hollywood Reporter, both sides have shared a joint statement, which says “the parties have reached an agreement in principle for the resolution of this action.” They are also planning to file a stipulation of dismissal within 30 days. White’s attorney Matthew Cave (Kibler Fowler & Cave) has since commented as well, saying “the matter has been resolved amicably.”
