Tool recently celebrated the 30th anniversary of their “Opiate” EP by digitally releasing a reimagined and extended version of the title track. Now, the single, which is titled “Opiate²,” has also been released on Blu-ray along with a new short film, which guitarist Adam Jones worked on with Dominic Hailstone (“Alien: Covenant”, “The Eel”). You can find a three-minute preview of the visual component below. Notably, the physical release also includes “a 46-page art book with behind-the-scenes and making-of photos as well as interviews and insights from special guests.”
